Participants are encouraged to commit to an 8-week programme to derive maximum fitness and skills benefit. Sessions are ongoing throughout the year. Join anytime - you can start this week!

  • Please provide a mobile phone number with your booking (important if sessions are weather-affected)
  • Credit Card Payments are made using the popular Paypal secure payments system
  • Paypal does not accept AMEX cards issued in Australia
  • A Paypal account (username and password) is NOT required to make online payments - direct use of a valid credit card is facilitated by Paypal.
